"كانت اقامه جدا رائعه وموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز والخدمه كذلك"

"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"Front desk and other staffs are very friendly and helpful. love everything about this hotel, I will stay this hotel again again."

"The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff adjusted routine to my likes. The location is good, walkable to West Lake with lots of restaurants and shopping choices."

"Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee."

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"🙏"

"位置不算近地鐵，但靜中帶旺，去河坊街很方便。 如果房間有雪櫃會更理想。 房間都乾淨，冷氣夠，洗漱用品齊備。"

"I highly reccomend this hotel for anyone visitng Hangzhou. The staff are extremely helpful, there are all of the essential ammenities and the location is prime."

"the Staff is excellent , they help me for all I need and very friendly , i will stay again"

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."

"Hotel exterior is beautiful but the guest room needs some desperate renewal. In our room - the carpet looks dirty, stains on the wall, mold behind sink. The shower room cannot closed properly so water are spilled on the outside floor without a mat. Somehow even the shower head didn’t mixed the hot and cold water well so I had momentarily totally hot or cold water. The mattress is also problematic. I can literally hear the springs inside the mattress when I move when I sleep. Even the tv is too...
