Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Suite only have 1 king not 2 double bed
I booked a suite with “2 double” for 1 night. Then I was told all suites they have only have 1 king bed. I had to degrade to “superior twin bed” room without any refund of the price differences. If you don’t have 2 double in your suite then you shouldn’t market so, that’s fraud.
