"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our entire visit, always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely worth every extra dollar — everything was delicious, fresh, and there were plenty of options to enjoy each morning. The only disappointing part was the temperature inside the rooms. It was extremely hot, and although you can request a fan, it unfortunately didn’t make much of a difference. Aside from that issue, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the staff."

"Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Easy walk to 2 stations and many bars and restaurants. The only negative is breakfast seemed over priced so we stuck to convenience stores for breakfast."

"The hotel is fairly close to station which makes it easier to travel around Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka.
