"The property was ideal for my stay, it was close to where I was visiting and there are plenty of eating places close by. The rental is very light and airy with a nice seating area at the rear."

"The cottage is ideally placed for a short break in Ledbury - close to all the shops, restaurants and historic buildings. The only (very slight) downside is the restricted parking on the Homend - but there are a number of both short and long stay car parks within an easy walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would recommend it highly."

"This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. "

"Perfect place to stay. Countryside location in between Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortably equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"The hotel makes a spectacular first impression, inside and out. The façade, entrance lobby, beautiful staircase and high ceilings are stunning and we were very impressed.
Every member of staff we interacted with, day and night, was genuinely friendly and polite. In particular, we received a lovely enthusiastic warm welcome when we checked in on Monday afternoon.
The room was perfectly clean, and had plenty of helpful features like space to hang clothes, easily accessible plug sockets and a fabulous bed. The bathroom was spotlessly clean too and had all sorts of lovely-smelling toiletries.
We liked the provision of coffee-bags rather than instant coffee. They tasted great!
The view from our room looked out across the top of the porch of the hotel, and this did look a little bit weather-beaten and had some untidy-looking wiring for lighting the hotel front. If this could be tidied up a little, it would be great, as there is a wonderful view beyond it, of a pretty park full of trees and flowers.
Overall, this was a spectacularly beautiful hotel to stay in and the staff were wonderful."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are slightly worn but it’s a given with the nature of the property. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Modern bathroom.
Staff attentive and helpful.
The spa is dated, and not all facilities were working. It felt more like hotel pool facilities rather than a spa itself. Great to have included in the price of the room to use if you want.
Breakfast was okay, small selection of included made to order options. Full breakfast with an additional £5 charge. Eggs were not good quality, recommend hotel to change supplier."
"We had an enjoyable stay here. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The bathroom was a bit dated though and I was surprised there wasn’t any hair conditioner (only shampoo and hand/body wash) so I would bring my own conditioner next time. Pool was ok but smaller than it looks in the photos so can get a bit too crowded at times."
"The building and grounds are stunning. Gorgeous setting, but the food, amenities and service standards don't quite live up to the visual expectation. The michelin- starred chef who has written the menu is as close to michelin starred as the place will be, I'm afraid. The food was fine, but not glorious. The service was a little haphazard, would have been so much better if done with some interest or a smile (except for the lovely chap in the bar, who was very good, remembered people's drinks, asked if he could do any more etc).
The pool table was a welcome attraction (it has a definite slope and is positioned too close to one wall). The gym is stuck in a building used as a store, not kept clean and mostly forgotten. This could be so much more of a feature. Having to pay £25 each to use the pool next door is a liberty.
I don't know why they don't extol the history of the building and it's various uses which would be of great interest to visitors.
But the most troublesome aspect were the moths and wasps in the corridor in Pear Tree Mews, which were reported, but nothing done about them. Leaving lights on and windows open was a mistake.
Overall, a lovely venue, the rooms are nice (could do with plugs near the bed) , but needs to raise its profile to meet its splendour"
