The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room decor was a little tired and the basin tap had seen better days, but overall the room was clean and bright and comfortable with not musty smells."

"Busy property, lots of families and people using the gym. The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children. Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time. We were in a freshly renovated room where the bathroom renovation was excellent apart from a lack of towel rails. The bedroom needed another light in the TV corner and maybe an armchair."
