As with the Kiwi Bach Culture you are required to clean the property prior to your departure ready for the next guest. If you do not wish to do this we can employ a cleaning company to do this for you, please just ask when booking and we can add this to your reservation. Guests to provide own linen. Linen hire available please request costs at booking if required. Plenty of pillows, duvets and blankets are provided.
A cleaning service and/or linen hire can be added to your booking for $90 Cleaning, $5 Per Towel, $17 Per Bed Linen, $8 Per Bed Making, please just ask and we will arrange this and send you the charge.
A hugely popular standalone modern well insulated home on a well secured flat section, with front gates and plenty of off street parking. A stress free getaway for you, your kids and/ or your pets.
Opening the bifold doors from the breakfast bar you can enjoy the flow to the outdoor patio with BBQ, or leave the kids inside on the big TV, Unlimited WiFi, internet TV, games and toys for endless entertainment.
Your warmth and comfort will be meet with this high spec insulated/ double glazed property and via the heat pump as well as gas heating.
Only a 10 minute stroll to the hot pools or 3 minutes to the golf course or a short drive to the best ski fields. We invite you to enjoy our cute family bach, set up for all day sun with bifold doors, north facing sheltered patio and views to Mt Dunblane.

Pet Policy: We are happy to accommodate your furry friends but ask that no animals on beds or furniture and they sleep in there crates, and you cleanup any window marks and doggy doo prior to will avoid the chance of being charged an additional cleaning fee.
Checkin at 3pm and Checkout at 11am if you are cleaning the property yourself or 10am if you have paid for a cleaning service.

AMAZING location. Short walk to the pools and restaurants. Very clean and everything you need to be comfy and a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal.
Great little place for a family. Neat, tidy and homely. Had every thing we needed, close to the springs and township but also private. Very reasonably priced. Check in process was seem less. Would definitely stay again. Thanks heaps
Just did one night in Hanmer and this place was perfect. Very cosy. Had everything we needed including some children’s toys which was a nice touch. Was easy to heat. Instructions on how things worked were very easy to follow too. Would stay again
Perfectly set up with everything needed. Beautifully maintained to feel like a home away from home. Well fenced and secure for dogs makes for a relaxing and stress-free holiday.
This place is lovely for a short break or longer stay over any season. Got everything you need, lovely sheltered corners in the garden and awesome chairs in front of telly. Good fencing to keep dog in garden.
Great for couples, but will also accomodate a family. Quiet area with outdoor seating. Good heating and compact accomodation. A nice walk or cycle to town centre.

Cosy home with lovely outdoor area and views of the mountains from all windows. Warm and plenty of bedding. Short walking distance to the township. Enjoyed our stay and being able to have our little dog with us an extra bonus.
The property had everything we needed and it’s fully fenced, rating it highly as pet friendly.
The house was warm and recently refurbished. We were very comfortable staying there and we will probably return. We are looking forward to another great ski on the mountain.
A lovely, tidy, cosy home. Not far from town and in a nice quiet street. Had everything we needed. The dog enjoyed her stay too . Loved all the biking and walking tracks and of course the pools. Had a fantastic time and hope to be back soon!
