Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The apartment I booked for my girlfriend’s family was advertised as having a balcony with a city view. However, when we checked in, we were given a completely different apartment. The unit we received is much smaller and does not have the advertised city view. Instead, the balcony only overlooks the neighboring apartment buildings. To make matters worse, the apartment next door is currently undergoing renovation work, creating very loud noise from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. every day. About three hours after check-in, I complained about the situation. The host then offered us another apartment, even though she had previously told us that no other units were available. My girlfriend’s mother has a leg problem, so we decided to stay in the apartment we were given rather than go through the inconvenience of packing and moving again. My girlfriend is very unhappy with this experience, and unfortunately it has left a bad impression on her parents.

このホテルは、高級マンションの一室を民泊と貸し出している為、通常の手続きでは大変分かりにくいと思います。 英語又はベトナム語が理解出来る人でないと、マンションオーナー様と個人が連絡を取って、部屋番号と暗証番号等を聞いてから部屋まで入る事が大変でした。
