This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Stayed with my 10 year old son and he had a blast in the games room and pool. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, and had all the amenities we needed.

Rex hotel is such a gem in the middle of Hanoi old quater. Our room was nice and clean, breakfast buffet provides delicious food and the staff were friendly & courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is dead centre of the old town and near the lake. Special mention to front staff members Rose and Phoebe. Both were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, and all very fresh. Hotel was very clean,and staff were excellent. Didnt bother with the pool but it appeared to be adequate although on the small side. Would i stay again, most definitely as its slap bang in the centre of the old Quarter.

The room was decent, the bed could have been a lot better, and there should be more than two bottles of water available for drinking if you cannot use the tap water. The staff was very courteous, and the hotel is very close to everything you could possibly want to purchase.

The Rex is perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Their staff are incredibly helpful, even allowing us the store our suit cases over night when we went on a 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. We will definitely choose the Rex for our next visit to Hanoi.
