The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a great central location, close to the markets and other attractions in the Old Quarter. Judy was fantastic—she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily recommend this property to others.

Great hotel to stay in. Very clean, great location, and very helpful & friendly staff. Can't complain about service at all. Pool/spa area is very unsafe with slippery tiles & stairs. No hand rails to get in & out of pool with very steep step in. Breakfast has no coffee options except for ready made coffee and food selection wasn't the best. Could order eggs though.

The hotel location is great for exploring the old quarter. Beds are very comfortable, Aircon is superb, as is the shower. The hotel design is lovely, very well thought out. We loved the breakfast, excellent quality and great choices. I thought all the staff were great as well, very helpful . They gave us a nice introduction when we got there with lots of helpful advice about Hanoi. I appreciated Hannah helping us on our last day as well. Not all rooms have great views, but the location and experience more than make up for that. There is a roof top terrace which does have the iconic views. I really recommend staying here as a base for exploring Hanoi.

The staff at this property go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Willy and Judy was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Rooftop bar and pool are great. Highly recommend this place. It’s in the old quarter and a very convenient location for walking to places.

Hannah at reception was so helpful and just a beautiful girl. The only thing I would change is to put a ladder into to pool upstairs as a person with knee injuries I could not use it. All the staff were great

The perfect hotel! Couldn’t fault it one bit, every aspect feels new and fresh. The staff are eager to assist, they’re very approachable. Breakfast was fantastic! The pool is a decent size, the photos make it look smaller than it actually is, makes for a great space to relax and chill. Location is ideal, most key attractions are walkable.
