"It’s slightly rundown, my daughter is covered in bite marks… bed bugs maybe? Pool area is super dirty. Same bandaid was there for two days at least. They have a hard stance on no drinks in the pool area but there are rings on the table from drinks…? Maybe it’s just certain people aren’t allowed to have drinks? Children swimming alone in the pool with zero adults present but no drinks allowed. I wouldn’t recommend."

"Clean nice hotel. For some reason when we went to check in, the very rude person checking in told us that our room would not be available until after 6:00. I had to turn into a Karen and ask why? I hate having to ask for good service. Finally, this person went to get a manager (which I did not ask for) and the manager made one phone call and the matter was solved. The rude employee stood behind with their arms folded looking angry. Other than check in the hotel was great. But check in really starts the experience doesn’t it?"

"What a gem! So cute and comfortable. Twice the space and convenience of a hotel - for the same price or less. Awesome extra touches from keurig with pods to headache medicine single doses and even earplugs. The smart tv and ability to log into our own accounts - another nice extra. Other reviewers were right as far as right on road and figuring out if in right spot - but noise was not an issue once inside. The location was walkable and so convenient. Pick here - not that hotel - and this comes from a hotel revenue and development retiree!"

"Spa not working for the whole week. No repair date in sight. Nothing on website to warn us of issues. Appeared to have been broken for a while. Floors, sink and tub were not clean. Breakfast was cold. Only ate there one day. Disappointed."
