Our room was clean. A/C was quiet when it kicked in. Bathroom could use an upgrade -some of the trim around the tub looked flaky and beginning to rot from water. I like that this property is within walking distance of the rim trail of the Snake River Canyon.

The room was in excellent condition. The front desk staff was super accommodating and helpful. The property could use some updating and complete fencing from the shopping center behind it. Some of the long term clientele on the other hand gave tweaker den motel vibes. Thankfully I didnt have a problem with my rental car or other belongings but wasnt a warm and fuzzy experience.

The staff were great. They let me check in a bit early. The breakfast is always good. Th only problem was the smell of the couch. It smelled like an ashtray. It really stunk. Like take that thing to the dumpster. I am an ex smoker but this thing was literally burning my eyes just sitting on it.(not an exaggeration! Otherwise I like the location, staff and food…..

Our stay was good but however when tried to take a shower the hot water would come and go but then there was absolutely no hot water.. Breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and respectful, hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets wouldn’t work. I would stay there again but hopefully there will be hot water.

My family and I had a very bad experience checking in at this hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even spend the night there because the smell throughout the entire building was so bad that it caused headaches. The bedding had stains all over it, the mattresses were in such poor condition that they made noises just from sitting on them, the carpets were stained and dirty, and the shower/bathtub handle was broken. These are just a few of the issues we encountered. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very nice, understanding, and helpful throughout the situation. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

One night stay - king bed on ground floor. Hotel is in good condition, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only problem was a dead light bulb which I exchanged at the front desk. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, and the usual fare. No problems with staff.

The property and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The room had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast had a really great variety, including Belgian waffles, biscuits with gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt, and a variety of breads and cereal, too. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Even though we didn't visit the pool or hot tub, we could see it was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location, with many stores and restaurants nearby. You're not far from attractions like old main street and Shoshone Falls. We had a great experience.
