"Staff were amazing. They were very helpful. The shuttle drivers were the best. Breakfast was great. Our room was big and clean. The hotel was well maintained. The only thing I did not like was it was a bit far from downtown portland. Although it was very close To PDx"

"The Mark Spencer Hotel was great but don't book it through Expedia, they completely scammed us. We paid Expedia $476.42 for 2 nights at the Mark Spencer. The hotel only showed an advance deposit of $320.49. We were cheated out of $155.93."
