"I loved that the property was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle to the airport. Note that the shuttle seems to run on the top of the hour and every 30 minutes. Apparently, we had a shuttle appt for 4:15 am and then was told by the driver we had to wait til 4:30 pm. It did t matter that we had an appt. Glad we allowed the 2 hour window even if we were close to the airport. While Waiting for the shuttle, we saw a homeless guy going through the trash bins in the front. We decided to wait inside. The front desk clerks were nice and also offered us a breakfast to go bag but we declined."
