The knob on the water in the bathtub was not attached, and you could not adjust the temperature of the water. No cups in the room, no coffee cups or coffee. No elevator ( as required by ADA and local law) to second floor rooms. Office doo locked at all times, clerk refused to answer the phone. I walked out after the first night, and would have done so earlier, but my flight to Portland was delayed by 3 hours, so I had little choice ...."

"This is a bare bones facility, but the price reflects that. No coffee or ice is available, the place is run down but fairly clean. The staff are helpful and it's conveniently located close to the airport and Providence Health Center. If you like Asian food, there many options close by."

"Very fun stay, nice flowers outside, pretty scenery in the front yard, kids loved the upstairs, safe furniture, and we loved the welcome book that people signed it was very cute! Quiet space also lots of privacy."

"Perfect location to cafes and shops of Monticello Vlg. Never rented a car, just walked and used public transportation. House is good value and location for the money. Only downside for 75 year old me was that bedrooms and two bathrooms were on different levels. But it worked out fine. "
