I like that it was pet friendly and had breakfast included. Also the staff had good customer service, it was easy to Park and the room was really clean. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Very friendly workers. Very very good breakfast for a continental breakfast. Would almost come back for the breakfast. Unfortunately there was a tiny little army of tiny ants in the bathroom. To be fair to the hotel we did not ask for a new room we killed the little ants and went on our day

It wasn't a bad little place. Conveniently located to get to most places. Some things were sort of odd, such as the bathing suit or what looked like one tied under the sink in the bathroom?

Room was clean and comfortable however, there were several spots of damage. One such spot was an actual hole in the floor. It was small but big enough for a child’s toe to get caught in. I reported it to front desk staff. The front desk staff are awesome by the way. Very kind and helpful.

I stayed there for 30 mins and decided to book another hotel. The people staying at this hotel all looked questionable. The only good thing was the gentleman checking us in, good customer service. As soon as I entered the room I got hit with the cigarette odor although it was non-smoking. I didn’t know the area so my fault for booking here, it was closed to the grotto that’s why I chose it.

Decent stay for the price point

For a budget option this was just ok. The neighbourhood is quite dirty/sketchy with drug users in the parking lot often. Did not feel comfortable walking to the car after dark. The bedroom itself was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly so overall it was an ok stay since the location/individuals outside are out of the hotels control.

IT'S NOTHING TO SPECIAL, PRETTY BASIC & A BIT OUTDATED THROUGHOUT. STAFF WAS FINE NO ISSUES. BIGGEST ISSUE FOR ME WAS THE LACK OF PARKING AND I HAD TO PARK MY VEHICLE OFF THE PROPERTY ON A DARK ROAD WHERE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND CHECK ON IT AND IF YOU KNOW THIS AREA THEN YOU KNOW THE ENTIRETY IS SUPER SKETCH TO SAY THE LEAST.. Car was fine in the morning. Just make sure to take any valuables out of the vision of anyone..

It was clean, but had a funny smell when we walked in. The furniture looked well used but yet evert thing functioned well. It had a large tv . The bed was cofortable enough. It was licated on a busy street so we did hear street noise. But the Hotel felt secure.
