"Great location close to shops and AO arena. In plenty of restaurants as well underneath the hotel. Room size was okay with large bathroom although when having a shower the water runs on to the bathroom floor as there is no door. Kitchen area was good and useful for having cereal in your room. The complementary coffee and croissant was okay shame they don't offer pan au chocolate. Check in was easy and the late check out for £10 good value. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable and okay for a couple of nights for my son who isn't too big. TV is a bit outdated and won't allow you to connect an iPad to stream your own content."

"Parking on the booking sites says free parking, however it is not free and you do need to pay to park. Rooms clean I did not have the breakfast. Staff friendly."

"I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience."

"I had an inside room with no windows. Based on the photos I was not expecting luxury. It was what I’d expect from a chalet at butlins in the 70s. It was clean, which is important. The shower had very little pressure. However, the worst thing by far was how hot the room was. It was just unbearable. I had two fans that barely made a dent. I would guess that the temperature was probably about 35C, no exaggeration it was similar to being in Thailand. I didn’t sleep one bit. The fans could only be plugged in over the other side of the room as well, so any effect they might have had couldn’t be felt. If you’re booking this hotel between April and September just be aware of this"
