"Nice place. The staff was good and very kind.Not always there because it is more like an apartment building than a hotel, but that was fine because you could phone them if you needed them. Other tenants could be a little bit noisy, but I was able to ask them to quiet down and they did. Free Laundry. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It gives you that feel of what it might be like to have an apartment in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious."

"Hotel rooms are terrible, dirty, and the hotel was located one of most dangerous street in Istanbul. Good job we didn't get killed! In addition to that, on our second day they waked us up at 11am and asked us to leave within an hour! apparently we were making too much noise (If this was the case, why no one said anything during that time-wait till morning!) Toilet seats were broken, I paid for 4 beds and only was giving 3, I also asked for a terraced family room but received a small room less...

"It was a very nice stay at Turna.The location is just great: 5-10 minutes walking distance to Taksim square,subway station,bus stop,15-20 minutes to shopping mall and shopping area.The neighbourhood is safe.Hotel personnel was very polite and friendly.Room cleanliness is moderate.There are several buildings of Turna located neirby so be ready if you are mooved to another hotel that you've booked.No room service during 4 days of staying.But in general- a good place to stay."
