Very reasonable space and amenities relative to the low cost of staying here. It’s on a hill so a walk uphill. I’d recommend if you’re on a budget and want to stay in the Takism area.

The rooms are apartment-style. The kitchen area is very practical. There are narrow streets, but the street feels like a family environment. I was satisfied.

Good price and clean room The journey there is easy on foot. Be careful with taxi drivers. The owner is very helpful. Even if something is missing in the room, they immediately help. It was a very good stay. Children are playing in the street, there is a family atmosphere.

The property is definitely not what is advertised. The room was not very clean, and they offered to “clean” once. They were good with doing laundry. They did not change the towels and initially provided 1 for two people. The area is very noisy and not easy to access, there are alot of stairs if you plan to walk to Taksim and there are large hills. The bedding also was not cleaned. It was very cheap in Canadian dollars, but apparently way overpriced according to locals.

Excellent value for money.

It is rare to find a private room at this price, making this place truly valuable. The paid laundry service was very convenient, and the communication both before and after my stay was exceptionally smooth. Thank you very much.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible experience overall from odd smell in the room, cabinet just above the sink that makes washing a nighmare, no proper drain below. Getting late code to enter the building instead of right after booking and no reception that makes it worst. Had to check out just after few hours unfortunately. Texted the admin requesting to recover forgotten items who then ghosted instead of replying back. This place and admin are shady. DONOT BOOK IT TO SAVE MONEY! (Book a hostel instead or a better hotel)

A dark, dingy, dungeon. It was in the basement. Would never have booked if I had known. Only window was small and looked as though painted black. No outside light. Bad smell, damp. hung my clothes up and when I went to put them on they were damp. Owner refused to refund money. Worst place I've ever seen. It was so bad I went ahead and rented a new place. The new place was airy, light and pleasant Not worth money spent.

The place is very nasty and moldy. Ypu can't even breathe properly in there. The owner is very unprofessional does not know how can talk with people. When we booked the room online it had a city view but when we arrived they gave us a room in the basement. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
