"People were helpful and friendly. Loved the fruity water in the lobby. Great location. Did not like the light panel in 7th floor rooms. Even after a tutorial, no one explained how to request maid service. Water bottles were available except for an evening employee who said they were $3 each."

"Front desk and bar staff were amazing. The fact that they would answer my texts asap and fully understand and easily answer my questions was super nice. Peter hooked us up with a high up room with a stunning view of the Coronado Bridge and Petco Park/Downtown. The room was clean and cozy. We went to see the Padres play so the bridge over to the stadium that’s connected to the hotel was insane. 5 minute walk from our room to the gates. Would definitely stay at the Hilton Bayfront again."
