"We were extremely happy with the hotel and staff. It was an amazing stay. The only negative, which was very minor, was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tubs. Quite a bit of sand / debris at the bottom and floating trash (napkins, etc). I suspect this was more due to the constant high winds blowing things into the pool so was not overly concerned."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. In addition, there was no electrical power in the bathroom, making it impossible for me to use a hair dryer or get ready properly. These are very basic expectations for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, they were not met. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience."
