"2nd year in a row staying there before a cruise. Staff is excellent, very helpful and accommodating with early check in. Small and quiet motel-I always felt safe and it was quiet and peaceful one night stay. Really nice restaurant next door. Plan to stay again next year."

"Staying on the Queen Mary was an interesting experience. I'm so glad we did it, but once is enough. Public areas, restaurants, and the ship in general were excellent. Fun and educational to explore. The tours were, in my opinion, a little hokey - much better to walk around on your own and read the signage. Staff was professional and helpful when asked. Our room was small, as expected. There was no daily housekeeping service which was a little disappointing for the price and status of the facility. Not a deal breaker but wish we had known. Two reasons once was enough. The bathroom shower was challenging because the curviture of the tub made it difficult, even dangerous, to stand and shower. Showerhead was very low - and I'm 5'3"."
