"Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Pool, bar, café and beach beds are very nice. The rooms are okay. The first room had no window, so I was easily transferred to another room. A nice room, only the door to the next room allowed for hearing all conversations. Luckily we all were willing to adjust our volume. All in all a nice hotel, pleasant stay!"

"Very private and quiet setting excellent view of the ocean from your rear deck.Small infinity pool on property is just right for your enjoyment.This one bedroom apartment is perfect for two guest who want to get away from the resort crowds and dont need all the amenities that they offer.You constantly hear the waves crashing against the rocky shoreline very zen like when going to sleep or sitting outside with a coffee in the morning or hanging out in the evening very romantic.Property is a little dated / clean but kept up very well the owners live next door and are their if needed and give you your space they maintain the pool each morning and are very friendly, You are close to all that Philipsburg has to offer beach,boardwalk,groceries.the Flying Dutchman Zip Line everything else is accessible with a car on the island.If and when i revisit St.Maarten i will be staying here again enjoyed my time and money spent here."

"For a project in town I was looking for an accommodation in the town and at walking distance from my project and the ferry (I live on 1 of the neighbouring islands). Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Back Street, it is a calm and clean haven with super friendly and helpful staff, offering just everything you need. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The view is absolutely spectacular, and listening to the waves was incredibly relaxing both in the morning and at night. The balcony was a highlight—perfect for catching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying a cocktail before heading out to dinner.Walkable to Philipsburg but would recommend a car for this location. This was one of the best-stocked places we’ve stayed. There were plenty of towels, supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.Communication before and during the trip was excellent. Annie and Paulette were both extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an stress-free vacation. We highly recommend Reve De La Mer. We will be back. Thank you for such a great stay!"
