"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the outdoor shower was a favorite feature - perfect after a day at the beach.One of the best parts of this property is its location. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. It’s also ideally situated near many of the North Fork’s renowned wineries, farm stands, restaurants, and local attractions, allowing us to experience the best of the area with minimal driving.The house itself was comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully appointed, with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home.The owner is such a gracious host and provides such a beautiful place to stay. We made wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Mattituck and the North Fork!"

"I don’t think you need to read past the headline but just in case you did here are a few words about this amazing property. On Palmer Vineyard property, this spacious antique beauty has 4 bedrooms and they’re ALL en-suite. Yes. Perfect for turning off the interwebs and connecting with those around you (yes there is WiFi and a tv but you won’t want to turn it on. ) Everyone at Palmer is so warm, welcoming and just so hospitable. They go the extra mile to take care of whoever is staying at the house (thank you Patrick!). I can’t say enough great things about our stay."
