"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Alethea's property! She made check-in and check-out so easy and seamless. The vineyard property was absolutely gorgeous...house was brand new, renovated, and spotless clean! So spacious and fit everyone so comfortably. Can't recommend this property enough!"

"Property is very nice. Kitchen is big with large table to dine in. Two nice sized TVs and garage game room is big as well. Firepit area is very nice. The little downtown is nice and walkable, and supermarket, Walgreens, restaurants, fine wine store and pizza places are all less than a mile away. A very nice beach on the sound is about a mile away. Air conditioner in garage did not work, so we had to rely on the fans, but it wasn’t too bad. Bring blankets because there are none for the pull out beds. Shower pressure struggles with sprinkler system on, so I would request the owner to turn sprinklers off during your stay. If you don’t mind a 15 minute drive, On the Docks is a great restaurant and bar on the water. Went there twice!"

"Property just the right size. There were six adults we came up for a wedding being held at Giorgios which was inly 20 minutes away. Everything very clean and convenient to vineyards which we visited. Enjoyed our time there"

"We had an amazing stay at this truly unique and beautiful home. The space was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and such a joy to spend time in, it felt like a destination in itself. The host was absolutely wonderful: incredibly helpful, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail to make the stay special. We really appreciated the care that went into the home and the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I don’t think you need to read past the headline but just in case you did here are a few words about this amazing property. On Palmer Vineyard property, this spacious antique beauty has 4 bedrooms and they’re ALL en-suite. Yes. Perfect for turning off the interwebs and connecting with those around you (yes there is WiFi and a tv but you won’t want to turn it on. ) Everyone at Palmer is so warm, welcoming and just so hospitable. They go the extra mile to take care of whoever is staying at the house (thank you Patrick!). I can’t say enough great things about our stay."
