"Clean and welcoming "

"Right off the interstate so easy to find. Restaurant was very good and the Starbucks. Rooms are nice space and clean. Beautiful hotel inside. "

"Flash was broken twice and in the end had to use the common restroom. Rest all were good. "

"The breakfast was great. All of the staff were very kind. The only complaints I have is when I arrived there was a picture laying against the bed, it looked like someone had ripped it off the wall and then just left it there, and there were ants crawling on the nightstand. I went up to the front desk and they immediately moved me to a different room."

"Took forever to get checked out. No staff at desk near 10:30 am. "

"Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay."

"Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. "

"You advertise an airport shuttle. That is why we stayed here. We could have booked other airports hotels. When we arrived we were told you no longer offer that service. We were forced to pay an Uber. Not good!"
