"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor primary suite does not shut tightly. The door latch does not match into the door frame opening.We could have used an extra set of towels. It was fine though cuz we borrowed from the hot tub towels!Consider dish towels in the kitchen.Thanks for everything! It was a wonderful place to have all our family for my 70 birthday!!Best wishes!Peggy and Mark Mayfield"

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!"
