Heat worked great and the blackout curtains were a big plus (we went the weekend of the time change and this was much appreciated).I hesitate to provide much in the way of negative feedback because it didn't really bother or inconvenience us, but some things were a bit chintzy: the adhesive TP holder and towel hooks failed multiple times, but...
