"Enjoyed the stay, first time in the island so used this as a base to wander around. Note that it’s on a hillside so walking involves some ups and downs. Great breakfast buffet. Property is in two sections connected by a subterranean tunnel which I assume is to keep kids out of the road running between them. The larger section has facilities and kiddy pool, bar etc. the smaller section seemed more for apartments and had its own large pool. Both pools were deep (2m ish). There was some confusion about the inclusion of breakfast in our room rate but this was resolved (maybe double check this). A little dated, but good value and solid facilities. Apartment had a small kitchen with fridge microwave kettle and two ring stove plus some pans plates glasses etc. plenty of stores around for groceries, drinks. Town dominated by Irish bars and Irish visitors. We found great restaurant options beyond the ‘strip’. Beaches are a short hike away. "

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and drinks were fantastic. We are fans of the Mango Mojotos! We stayed at the Preferred section (which for those who can should stay at)-we literally checked in and unplugged. No thought about what was covered and what wasn’t. There are parts that are starting to show some wear but the staff was accommodating and gracious about everything. We walked to the marina area nearby and down the trail along the coast and it was beautiful. Highly recommend for a quick gaunt from Europe."

"We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel! We only came for 1 night but we had access to the facilities for 36 hours - it was brilliant. Plenty food to choose from as well as drinks! And the access to spa for 2 hours is an added bonus - couldn’t believe it! Had a lovely time."

"Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold! "
