"Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "The hotel is super new, functional and stylish and the location around the corner close to the bus stop to the city is gorgeous. Above all the hosts are very friendly and welcoming, picked me up from the station and got me there on departure. If back in Otaru, this will be my place to stay!!"
