"It was very unorganized checking in. Staff were polite, but very unorganized, staff seems to be everywhere, but no one seemed to be directly working at check in. The hallway smelled and our room at nasty marks on the walls, a spot on the floor was crusty and not cleaned, and one of our pillow cases had a mark on it. Did not feel clean while staying here. "

"The electric was out the entire weekend and I put my name on the list to cancel and get a refund. There was no power at all. I called the hotel and I still do not have my refund!!! "
