"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. We left and filed a complaint with VRBO only to have host have the audacity to...

"This is the second time staying here, and we will continue to book here as need be. The view is amazing, the staff are helpful and nice. Our room was nice and cool, beds were comfy. They have a nice coffee shop, also a bar/restaurant on site. We really enjoyed our stay. "
