"We love this hotel for its central location, rooms, staff and restaurants!"

"They overbooked our rooms so half of our party had to go to another hotel .4 miles away which was REALLY disappointing since we all live in different states and wanted to spend time together and not have to walk back and forth. The gym also was .4 miles away and had to pay a resort fee. Who wants to go that far to work out?? The hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly BUT SO FRUSTRATED about the rooms. Had they updated us prior we all could have gone to same hotel OR they could have sent us both to same location."

"Great staff. Our plane was delayed by 5hrs and we arrived at the hotel at 1am. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us at no charge to a suite. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around the Downtown and the restaurant had great food and great service."

"It smelled like cat pee. The overnight staff called at 2am to see if our room was occupied, but we were sound asleep and did not answer. We then woke up to the staff member attempting to open our door repeatedly. We were very freaked out and were not able to sleep for quite some time. I went to the desk a bit later and asked for more details and he said the system glitched and it said our room was not occupied. I get the mistake but it was a crazy thing to happen. The room had an awful stench which lost its cleanliness credibility. We did not enjoy returning from our excursions to unwind. "

"The breakfast wasn’t tasty and they never had coffee ready. The power went out at one point and the staff was just standing around instead of calling someone. They just never put the breakfast out, even when the power came back on. The valet guys were good but everyone else was lacking in the service dept. There was hair in the shower before I got there, and they never replenished the soap or one makeup wipe. "
