"Check in was not good didn't have Id with me so could not check in even though I showed them my reservation on my phone, staff were not very helpful until we mentioned going to another casino, room could have used some maintenance, only two towels and one washcloth in the room made for 4 people, tv remote wad missing from room had to chase down the maid to get it"

"I will start with saying that the place was not bad. The poor rating is coming from what happened when we asked for assistance with an issue in our room and the communication or lack there of the next 2 days. We checked in and went into our room. We noticed immediately that there was no refrigerator in the room. It is listed as one of the amenities for the room. The wall paper was peeling and there were huge cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling but honestly the missing refrigerator was what we needed. We had items that required this. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. My husband went to the front desk and was told that we needed to read the fine print and not all rooms come with a fridge. He asked if we could move rooms and was told they were completely booked and they had no open rooms. Fast forward to check out next day. They had a really nice breakfast. Upon checking out we brought up the missing fridge and the staff was surprised that we didnt have one as all rooms have one. Then we were told that the hotel was not actually booked . So the staff member lied to us twice for absolutely no reason. They said they would pass on to the manager. This was Sunday. No call. So I called today, explained the issue and was told the manager was there but not at the front and they would call me back. One again, no call back. I know its just a refrigerator, however after finding out that the could have just got another room and then blamed us for not reading correctly "

"Very little to no staff around. One night we were literally the only people there. Very limited breakfast they had instant oatmeal but there was no hot water in the electric tea kettle Room service traded out dirty towels for clean but it was obvious it was made with no care or concern making the bed, they just barely pulled the covers up they were crumpled and messy and threw the pillows on. Don’t expect 5 star service because you barely even get 3 star service. For the price we will go somewhere else…."

"I was very pleased , our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking space very close to coffee shops, definitely will come back."
