My stay was awesome. So clean, convenient location and the staff are awesome! Everything you needed was easy to find. TRY THE HOTWINGS FROM THEIR BISTRO! OMG! they were little crispy flavor trains!

Marriott Bonvoy needs to step it up concerning morning coffee and some kind of breakfast. For the price I expect complimentary hot coffee at the very least, instead there was a self serve, full pay Starbucks .

We were there to attend a college function at the medical school. The hotel was nice enough to accommodate us to check in a bit earlier, so that we could change and attend the ceremony. Although there was a slight delay in checking us in, the manager who had to intervene was a let o quickly resolve the problem. We were given a king bed for 3 adults, however we’re unsure of its size. Fortunately, my son was able to sleep on pull out sofa. There was a basic coffee maker and room was fairly clean. Had an early check out next morning. So the stay was very brief.

The night we stayed at the hotel there was a baseball team and their families at the facility. The teen boys were running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on doors until the early morning hours. The parents sat in courtyard outside my room smoking and talking loudly until 1am. The staff were friendly but seemed unable to deal with the problems. In the morning the manager was wandering around dining room in sweats and a cigarette tucked behind his ear asking how everyone’s stay was. When told about the the problems he just shrugged and said “Yeah, they were loud. But was the rest of your stay okay?”

Unbelievable that I had to cancel for an emergency and still had to pay the full rate. Apparently buying from a third party is a higher risk that I thought. I’m really sad there isn’t better customer service.
