Clean room, excellent staff, appreciate the latge desk, large suitcase built-in "shelf," coat hooks and "closet." Comfortable bed and lots of plug-in spots. Bathroom was pretty tight, though.

The bed was far too high. Had to ask for a step ladder to get in and out of bed. The room was clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet was great. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a bit above average. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Refrigerator in room didn’t work, heat/cool didn’t work well (set at 68, was 72 in room). Breakfast area was clean, staff kept well. This is a dog friendly hotel but heads up, there is a $50 pet fee, not disclosed on Expedia. Overall, was decent for a quick stay!

The room’s condition was ok. One of the wall lamps next to the bed had a short and would not stay lit. Our room had a handicapped accessible shower yet the bed was so elevated that it was difficult to climb into even without a handicap. The staff was friendly enough.

This hotel gets props for convenient location, cleanliness, fresh breakfast, and comfortability of the beds. However, this hotel had several groups staying and during our stay. Kids were running up and down the third floor hallway, screaming, and yelling and carrying on slamming doors until late at night. And then to top it off check out is it until 11 but housekeeping with the do not disturb sign on the door let themselves in my room while I was in the shower to clean the room. As I stay in many hotels for work, I understand the short window to turn rooms around, but there is a checkout time for a reason.

A bit shabby, but very clean room and super friendly and helpful staff. A whole lot of things had fallen into disrepair - the key cards were tricky, a soap dispenser was missing it's spout, a bulb was out, in the breakfast area the juice dispenser was broken, the waffle maker, the tv had no signal, even the clock on the wall had stopped. Wouldn't plan a week-long vacation here, but for an overnight stop it was fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable! The location of our room was horrible! The room was on the main floor and smelled a little musty. The ice machine was filling on and off all night. I expected a better room given we are reward members.
