• Approximately 1,352 sq ft of single-level lakefront living — elevator access in the building, no stairs required

• Open-concept living area with gas fireplace, smart TV, and large lake-facing windows that pull the scenery inside

• Fully equipped kitchen for cooking in together

• Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms — the largest sleeping configuration of the Arrow Point units, sleeping up to 7 guests comfortably

• King in the primary, queen in the second bedroom, and a third room with a single bed plus a bunk bed — a natural fit for families with kids who want their own space

• One designated covered parking space plus first-come guest parking

Easy and stress-free arrival instructions will be provided 24 hours in advance, including simple keyless entry instructions for the front door.

Forested hills rise above the lake, and quiet roads wind through a carefully planned lakeside setting. The area is known for its calm atmosphere, scenic beauty, and easy access to the water. Guests here enjoy a resort-like environment without the noise of a busy destination, making it ideal for those seeking rest, scenery, and a slower pace centered around lake life.

Due to the age of the complex’s AC system and the risk of it freezing up, they ask that the thermostat's minimum temperature not go below 72° during the summer months. For your comfort, we’ve also provided portable fans to help keep the space cool and comfortable.
