"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"Wed 7/8/26 the indoor hot tub was just "bath tub warm". Thu morning I explained to front desk Kim and she said she would let the engineer know. After breakfast when we entered the indoor hot tub, it was back to normal, hot temperature. We always stay in the HB because we enjoy the architecture and ambience. "Extremely clean, amazing location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little cafe under the Hotel open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, food for dinner and breakfast was so good. Icecream shop next door and right across the road from the water. I will definitely be back."

"This hotel was difficult to contact after the booking process. They did not contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancel. Because I kept calling, they say “ thank you that you call because your room is full with bugs and you reservation has been cancelled”. They even did not look if i could possibly be accommodated in other room in that hotel. They just wanted to use my card information to book in another hotel."

"It was a squeaky clean little getaway. Excellent for a tired traveller after a long day on the road. Easy to find, good location, a friendly owner and good value for the price. All around...two thumbs up!!"
