"We were only there one night and left very early the next morning, but the little loveseat in the room was cute and comfortable to lounge on while awake. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby."

"I will never stay there again. My room had a Jacuzzi-style tub with high sides. When I stepped over the edge, my foot slipped out from under me because there were no anti-slip materials in the tub. Had I not been holding onto the faucet, I would have gone down hard. The room didn't have a bath mat for the floor, so I was equally fearful when I stepped out of the tub, figuring that my tub foot might slip out from under me. I had driven about 400 miles that day, with the last 100 through some of the worst rain and wind I've been in (and I've covered 13 hurricanes as a news photographer). The only parking was in the back of the building, which had a locked back door. Even my usual no-tell motels will let you use your room card for entry, but this one made me walk through driving rain to go in the front door. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the room temp stayed where I set it."

"Only one complaint about the hotel. Apparently, there were construction worker staying at the hotel and they tracked mud into the hallway on the floor we were on. We were there 4 days and no one from housekeeping bother to clean it up the four days we were there. Minor issue, but no one cleaned the hallway. I thought that was something that should have been taking care of each day. Construction workers have muddy boots!"

"This is a high volume, low budget hotel. The rooms need a refresh. The elevators are small and take a minute."

"Front desk help was awesome. He was very accommodating, clean room, safe area, would definitely come back and stay."

"The Desk host said they usually had breakfast, however, it was not served both mornings we were staying at the hotel. There was complimentary coffee each morning. The parking was not connected to the hotel so you had to walk further than normal to the garage where you were to park. At night, I could see where some would think this is inconvenient and possibl dangerous. "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern and rooms are a great size. Breakfast was good and the fitness center has everything you need. My favorite place to stay in Overland Park."

"Best room I’ve had in a long time. Very spacious bathroom and sleeping area. Honestly this is my standard now I’m signing up and will be a platinum member soon."
