The front desk ladies were both very kind and professional. The room was fresh and clean. The only complaint I have is, if check out time is 11am, then why are the cleaning people knocking on your door at 10:30 continuously? Other than that I'm very happy with my experience.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was older but clean. Not really much of a breakfast. Cereal and a waffle maker. Our issue was with the room directly above us stomping around all night. Of course this wasn't the fault of staff.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The microwave and mini-fridge were in good working order. The bed and bath linens were clean and adequate. Climate control was efficient although the humidity level was a bit high. The shower head had adjustable settings and provided good water pressure for bathing. The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast area was clean with plenty of seating. The complimentary breakfast choices were waffles with syrup, oatmeal, 4 cold cereal options, fruit, juice, hot tea, cocoa mix and coffee. Coffee and hot water are available 24/7 by machine offering bold, medium, mild and decaf options. Staff associates were friendly and helpful. Parking is adequate and this motel's location provides easy interstate/highway access. A family-friendly restaurant and grocery store share the area lot space with this motel and are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed a quality 5-night stay at this motel for a very reasonable price and we will stay again when in the Lee's Summit area. PLEASE don't expect high-end, 5-star hotel accommodations and then leave negative reviews. For budget-friendly pricing and a nice, clean, safe place which offers everything needed for a pleasant stay, we highly recommend this Super 8 Motel in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

There's a indoor pool guys!!! The staff is superb. Especially the woman who is the chiefs fan. Heads up they don't do tap pay. So make sure you have your card in hand.. I loved the size of room and I wish I knew how nice this hotel was I would've stayed here my full stay. Forget going to somewhere in downtown it's all about Lee Summits.
