"staff were excellent , could not be more helpful . Room was so spacious and kept to a high standard ate in restaurant both nights of our stay , viewing other places to eat we found the hotel restaurant much better both decor service and food,many thanks to all the staff , so central. If i had to pick a fault i would have to make it up (which i won’t) The parking was first rate , we got parked no bother however beware it’s first come first servered. Many thanks to all the staff. "Not sure what the negative reviews are about. We booked knowing it was in the city centre, so even if it had been noisy (which it wasn’t — even on a Saturday), we would’ve expected that. The location is ideal: central and convenient, exactly what we were after. The room was clean and just as shown in the photos — nothing more, nothing less. You know exactly what you're getting, and for us, it did the job perfectly."
