"The room was dirty. The floor left my socks black. The bed sheets had cigarette burns on them. The window shade was broken, it would not roll up. And there was some sort of drilling going on in the room across the hall from our room till 10:30 at night. It was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Thank goodness it was only two nights."

"Amenities galore, great hot tub, plenty of towels, bed and bedding were great, plenty of TV screens, games, etc. We had a flood warning, slight temporary water issue, owner was very responsive. We didn't use the fire pit, but look forward to when we are in Kansas City overnight again. Very convenient to nice shopping areas & good dining out options. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it deserves a 12."

"The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay. "

"I loved this place, especially for the price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean. I loved how they put my name on tv and welcomed me when I first arrived. I will make sure I stay here next time "

"1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. "
