The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the rooms and common areas, everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. It was clear that great attention is given to keeping the property clean and comfortable for guests. Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of space, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable accommodations, amazing staff, excellent breakfast, top-notch cleanliness, and convenient parking made this an experience we will definitely remember. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Staff was wonderful!! Very amenable! The breakfast area is lovely but it is a true continental breakfast. Only hot thing was packets of oatmeal. They did have hard boiled eggs, all sorts of breads and cereal. Nice coffee bar! All was extremely clean. Room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic to take a short 10 min walk to a local brewery. Hotel was right off the highway so very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!!"

"I can tell that this is a newer building. It was a more modern design than of the the LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed at. The only downside was the parking fee. I get it if there is a parking garage in a horribly busy city area but they have their own parking lot on property. I’ve never stayed at a LaQuinta that has guests pay $18 a day for parking! Chattanooga in general has limited parking & pretty much every hotel I looked at charges for parking…but most of them are in areas with limited space. The only advantage of this hotel parking lot, is that it does give you in & out privileges. Meaning, you aren’t being charged for every time you have to leave…so this was an advantage compared to those hotels in Chattanooga. But other than being charged for parking, this was an excellent stay. The two front desk employees at check in were so friendly. They genuinely seemed nice & were very friendly. Shout out to them! The hotel was extremely clean, in a safe area, had a nice free breakfast & was only 2min drive time to UTC’s campus. Also, the soaps & lotion smell SO GOOD! It’s a brown sugar-fig-woodsy scent, loved it!"

"Location was great, right in the centre of Chattanooga. Plenty of restaurants around, and a walk to the wonderful Aquarium and river. Staff were helpful. The full kitchen was useful to have and the room was very spacious and well equipped. Parking was over the road in a public block but was quite big and close to the hotel. $25 a night."

"The website is fantastic. It makes the hotel truly look boutique and modern. In real, I thought way over priced and just ok. Would have rated better if price was more in line"
