There was an ozone machine left running inside without any warning from staff, and after entering the room we experienced coughing and difficulty breathing from the exposure. The room also did not feel clean there was human hair on the bed and the bedding appeared poorly maintained, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably and decided to leave. This experience was disappointing and concerning from a safety and cleanliness standpoint."
