"The hotel was in a great location. Unfortunately we could not park in the hotel car park as it was quite small and was full. The hotel staff were friendly, the bar staff were unfortunately a bit unfriendly, but the delicious drink made up for it. The room was nice of a little compact in places. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The room was unfortunately very hot and we could not see a thermostat. "

"First time in Newcastle and this hotel was perfect, it doesn’t offer dinner but that is fine,as there are so many great restaurants very near by just 1 minute walk .We stayed in the Armstrong suite the room was a bit dark with a small window to the back of the building.It was not a problem for us ,as it was very well presented with some lovely touches. White company toiletries and spotlessly clean.From the staff on the front desk to breakfast, cleaning they were all so attentive and polite. We will definitely use this hotel again "

"Great location ✨️✨️ Just the rooms very warm air con has to be unlocked via reception would be better if was unlocked anyway then just randomly turns of as on a timer would be better if they let you have control. I rang day before regarding a fan they said they provided so left at home. No fan available on day 1 got 1 on day 2 and it was on its way out did not nothing. So had to buy 1 from argos which was frustrating as i did ring up, as was there for 4 nights you do need a fan rooms very warm and stuffy makes it very gard to sleep. Other than that a lovely hotel but was looking forward to a good sleep "
