"The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

The rear of the property had picnic tables available in a good garden , plus access to a grass field where we and our grand children could play games. The downside of the location was the busy main road in front of the property - a hazard for small children. "Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. "

"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."

"We had a great stay in this lovely little property on a working farm. The farmers were very friendly and obliging. There are so many gardens and houses to visit in the area and we got to the coast as well. We hope to return one day."

"A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed.
