"The manager and staff were wonderful."

"Everything was very good. The building was clean and quiet. I wanted a connected room, they accommodate it to me. I forgot the name of the person that worked at the front desk on Thursday morning the day that I was coming. I called around 2 pm to confirm my reservation , she was very nice and professional on the phone and she make sure that I got the connected room. Everything was convenient to us. Except The breakfast , it was fine but not enough choices and seems like it was the same breakfast . My sister toilet sink was clogged and leaking , they fixed it the same moment. . Overall I love best western hotel. I recommend it and I would come back. "

"Overall it was very clean. There were some long hairs in the tub and the tub could have been scrubbed better but i did not report this as we were only staying 1 night and not going to use the tub. I have stayed here before and i love it. "
