"This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else."

"Property is nice and in a good location for access to the city. There is a shelter very close by but we were never bothered or made to feel unsafe. Access to the train is very handy but made for some noisy nights! Restaurant was okay."

"The home was excellent for a large gathering of 6 adults and 3 kids under 6. Well furnished with 4 beds and a well stocked kitchen. We were walking distance to the zoo (although south entrance was closed for the season ) and a busy shopping area with shops, convenience stores and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications with the hosts were excellent."
