"This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

"We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. We couldn’t get in through the front door at all we had to go in through the garage. There were no potholders for cooking. Missing sugar for morning coffee. Napkins and tissues also unavailable. The only major concern that was an inconvenience neither of the bathrooms had heat. Six dining room chairs and five barstools means you can entertain many for dinner. Smart TV. Bowflex upstairs. Washer/dryer in basement stocked with laundry supplies. "A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. "We loved staying at this house for our October trip to the Cape. We were 2 families, each with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone (the unfinished basement was surprisingly perfect for the kids to hang out in!), and the location was lovely. Right by a trail to gorgeous Nickerson, and close to lots of food and beach options. The hosts were very kind and welcoming (they even included a very thoughtful welcome package with local goodies). Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Great home for a family. The home is within walking distance to Bank Street beach and Harwichport downtown shops. The home comfortably fit a family five with room to spare. However, the home does need some cosmetic work in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. Overall, the rental was a great week and would definitely book again."
