It's my fourth year staying there with my daughter and granddaughters it's a two mile walk to the ocean along the Bass River the staff is excellent I'm going back next year. Breakfast is Continental pool is awesome staff and room was awesome.

It was a relatively clean building and outdoor area. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast options were good. The one feedback I have is that it was pretty loud at night. The rooms were pretty tight and bathroom was small, but it was fine for a few nights. It felt like we were close to a lot of different things.

This is my third time staying here and as always it was a great stay. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. The staff is very courteous. The hotel is in a perfect location close to West Dennis. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come to the Cape!

This hotel is in a great location to restaurants and attractions around Cape Cod. Staff were helpful and pool facilities seemed well maintained. Bureau in our room was a bit run down but otherwise the room was adequate. Breakfast was included and was adequate as well.

The hotel was ok, very confusing layout and long hallways that all look the sameWe stayed 3 nights. Our TV did not work, it kept freezing up in the middle of the shows and we just gave up fiddling with it. At breakfast they put out either sausage or egg but not both and we don’t eat pork so for 2 out of 3 days we didn’t know what to eat other than toast and yogurt. There is a nice jacuzzi and a sauna and they have 2 pools- one inside and one inside. The location is good, centrally located.

the landscaping was very inviting, curb appeal was good. out side in the smoking area was not very well kept. The staff should keep an eye on that area, ash tray on table was dirty, the rug in that area had ashes on it and the seating should have been cleaner. the rooms are generally very clean, the bathrooms as well. The breakfast is a usual malted waffles set up, french toast, breads, and pastries. Coffee and juices, cereals, etc. on the hot side sausage links, scrambled eggs. Pools and hot tub are very well kept inside and out. The staff are excellent !!, allways pleasent and helpful. In general I have stayed there in the past and recently. Would not hesitate to stay again, overall I have always had a good stay there.

The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again.

Rooms and facilities clean. Beds comfortable and clean. Our bathroom was updated and clean. Staff friendly. Pool was clean and warm enough to go in, hot tub was HOT! This place was convenient because it was close to family. The entire carpeting needs to be replaced because it’s gross….my room smelled like smoke. I know there’s no smoking there but, it had to have been at some point because, it’s gross. The remote for the tv needed batteries replaced because you couldn’t turn the tv off, the sound down, or change the channel. I asked for someone to look at it, they said they would, they never did. So, it was stuck on my entire 3 day visit. I’m not going to tell everyone I see how bad it was but, I would never recommend it, either.
