"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"Spacious clean room and ensuite. Nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was very covid conscious and clean. It is well located and the Hakuba valley shuttle bus stops at the hotel. While the buffet breakfast was nice, the on-site French restaurant - Chamonix was disappointing. "Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"Property was beautifully situationed and lovely atmosphere. The staff and managers were outstanding, they couldn't help enough to make our time perfect. The main disappointing aspect was the rooms, they were really run down and out of date, they were tired, not very clean and for the money not good value. We were very unahappy with the rooms. "
