Felix at front desk was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful over the 3 days we were there! The only frustrating part was the restaurant/bar not being opened after a long day with a relative in a NYC hospital. Highly recommend."

Various fees and taxes added up, but the food was delivered promptly right to my room - for this tired traveler, that was a plus!
