The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. "This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable.
Major pluses:
The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style);
**TWO** toilets!
Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space;
Free self-serve coffee in the reception area;
Plush carpet and very large couch;
Very convenient to Europa Park."
"Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive. "

Transport to Europa-Park is very easy, bus stop is right outside the hotel. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away for travel further afield.
